"I was contacted directly by a driver…clearly on accident as he presented the job and what the pay would be. This was not the same driver as the email confirmation stated. He later contacted me stating he couldn’t take the job. Another driver contacted me saying he would not be able to make it on time. Taxicode called and asked if a 30 minute delay would be okay. No was the answer as I chose the time for a reason. A car did arrive on time but was not the type of vehicle I requested and paid for. "

"So far I have been extremely disappointed with the lack of service. I have had a booking confirmation from MRT for my request, a 12 seat mini bus, as advised on your website for luggage, comfort etc. When I contacted them the best they could do was a 9 seater, which included the driver. Not at all acceptable, it also meant 2 passengers sitting up front with the driver, really, especially in these times of a pandemic. They should be removed from the list of companies used. I have been in touch with Taxicode several times by phone and email , dare I say all unsatisfactorily. The monies have been taken from my account, I have my sons wedding to attend in the Cotswolds . I have had no confirmation of transport. I am really concerned !"

"3 attempts to pay with paypal failed. No message as to what possible failure. Tried alternate paypal cards each time - all good (checked with paypal). another attempt to pay aborted as payment forced to go through Secure Code verification which I do not wish to sign up to with my bank. Why do you try to force me to sign up with my bank for something I do not want. Only problems with the payment system. Booking was otherwise particularly slick and professional - thanks."
